  • Which products are eligible for this promotion?

    The Promotion is limited to the Fujitsu ScanSnap iX1500 scanner. No other products are valid.

  • What date restrictions apply to this promotion?

    The promotion is only valid for purchases from 1st January 2019 until 31st March 2019 inclusive. Please allow 30 days from the date of purchase shown on the invoice before claiming

  • How long do I need to wait before I can apply for the product?

    30 days from the date of purchase shown on the invoice

  • When is the deadline to claim?

    The last claim date is 30th May 2019. All claims must be made no later than 60 days from the date shown on the invoice and before the final claim date of 30th May, 2019

  • Who can claim for this promotion?

    Claims must be submitted from the original purchaser of a Fujitsu ScanSnap iX1500 scanner only (The Customer). Fujitsu Scanner Partners or Retailers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers. The offer is not transferrable to another individual or business.

    Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain and the United Kingdom

  • Where do I find the serial number of my product?

    Serial number is located on the product packaging, and also the underside of the product

  • How long will it be before I receive my product?

    Please allow 28 days from approval of your claim

  • Is there a limit to the number of free units that can be claimed?

    A maximum of one claim may be submitted per person and associated company, physical address, or e-mail address during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of ScanSnap iX1500 units purchased.
